If you've driven by Windham Center School this summer, you may have noticed some exciting improvements taking place inside the building!
Our gymnasium, one of the most frequently used spaces in the school and throughout the community is receiving a well-deserved refresh. Over the summer months, the space is being transformed with a fresh coat of paint, an updated school logo proudly displayed on the gym floor, and new bleachers that will provide an improved experience for students, staff, families, and community members.
The gym serves as the heart of many school activities, including physical education classes, assemblies, concerts, athletic events, and celebrations. It also hosts numerous community programs and events throughout the year, making these enhancements a benefit for everyone who uses the facility.
We are incredibly excited to welcome students back this fall and for our families and community members to experience the updated space. These improvements reflect our commitment to providing a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment where our students can learn, grow, and come together as a school community.
